Opportunities To Go or Not To Go

There's an opportunity for me to be transfer to another unit in my company. It's going to be full of challenges and surprises in store. Should I go or should I stay?

There's definitely more prospect over at the new unit. But more prospect means more work, stress and less time for myself to pursue my interest. Is this a golden opportunity not to be miss.

I'm confused at this moment. On one hand, I want to experience more challenges and learn new things. On the other hand, I'm unwilling to give up my present comfortable work unit and my dreams..

What should I do?

Bad part about that is once it's approved you have to go. No try out period and no turning back.

If the job sucks, you are struck there till next posting. Sad but true.

We muz always get out of our comfort zone and face the challenges outside.

If I were you, I would go for it.

I dun mind working harder if there's more prospect.
